Wood, LED lights, and two-way mirror film on acrylic sheet
2020
Tri was designed as an interior design/decor sculpture meant to live with and interact with every day. The two-way mirror film on the acrylic sheet allows light to come through the back of the piece while also letting the viewer/surroundings be reflected. The acrylic sheet distorts the reflection, giving a funhouse mirror effect so the viewer can interact with it playfully. When not interacting with the piece, the LED easily lights up an entire room with several programmed lighting designs for any color scheme/mood.
